This villa features three spacious bedrooms, which can comfortably host 6 guests. You may use a sofa bed to host up to 8 guests. We don't just rent out the villa but also provide assistance and services, including transportation and tours. Let us make your holidays comfortable. Our swimming pool, 3.5 x 4.5 meters with a depth of 1.2 meters, is for you to enjoy. The first floor of the villa features a living room with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two people, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom complete with a king-size bed, a mini fridge, and a satellite TV with Thai TV channels. In the living room TV, you can watch YouTube, Thai TV channels, CNN International, BBC World News, Al Jazeera English, Bloomberg, and CCTV 4. Moreover, you can watch kids and entertainment channels such as Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, and many HBO-related channels. On the second floor, you will find two additional bedrooms with King beds, mini-fridges, and satellite TV with Thai TV channels. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom for your convenience. Additionally, 2 balconies one with a pool view and one with a mountain view. The fourth bathroom is next to the pool. Our fully furnished villa includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an internet router and Wi-Fi connection. We provide fresh bed linens, brown or blue beach towels for your use at the pool and beach, and white towels for baths. We also include beach baskets with mats, some beach toys for kids, and complimentary drinking water, coffee, eggs, and fruit upon your arrival. Tuk-tuk service: We offer a free tuk-tuk to Ao Nang Beach (one way only) one time per day. Our tuk-tuk service is available from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. If you would like to take the same tuk-tuk back to the villa, please ask the driver directly. The price is about 250-300 baht in total. Cleaning service: We provide a free weekly cleaning service. You can request additional cleaning services from us; however, we kindly request that you let us know at least two days in advance. The additional cleaning service is charged at 600 baht per time and includes changing the bedding. We will greet you in person. Please message us anytime during your stay if you have any questions. We live 30 minutes away by car but we can assist you in person if needed. This villa is located in the Ao Nang area. It is 10 minutes from Ao Nang Beach by a tuk-tuk or 4.2 km away. - 160 meters to the nearest restaurant, Dot café Krabi, 8 am - 5 pm, Close on Wednesday - 400 meters to Nature Garden Massage for outdoor massage in a tropical garden, 10 am - 8 pm, Close on Tuesday - 650 meters to the nearest bar, Yesterday bar - 800 meters to Talay bar - 2.2 km to Tesco Ao Nang - 2.4 km to Makro Ao Nang - 2.7 km to a local market (Monday, Tuesday, and Friday). Next to Makro. - 5.6 km to Ao Nang Landmark Night Market - 14 km to Krabi Town - 23 km to Krabi airport Food delivery by Grab, Foodpanda, and WESERVE are available in the Ao Nang area. Parking is available at the villa. We offer a free one-way tuk-tuk service to Ao Nang Beach one time per day. You can use our tuk-tuk service from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. If you would like to travel to other places, we can help you to arrange a taxi (Hyundai VIP minivan for 6 passengers / Toyota Commuter for up to 10 passengers) or a tuk-tuk. We can assist you in finding the scooters for rent. Please let us know before the check-in date if you would like to request a baby cot (weight limit: 15 Kg) or a high chair, no additional charge is required. If you would like to book a tour with us, please reserve before 8 p.m. and be on time when getting picked up in front of the villa. The pool man cleans the pool every Monday and Thursday from 8-9 a.m. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan on having an extra guest stay with you and pay an additional fee of 300 baht per person per night. This helps cover the cost of extra bedding, towels, laundry, supplies, and facility use. Electricity and water are all included in this price for a stay of less than 28 nights. For stays of more than 27 nights or when you receive a monthly discount on Airbnb, electricity will be charged at 6 baht per unit. Weekly cleaning service is still included. The electricity bill for this villa is 4,000–6,000 baht per month. However, it could be up to 10,000 baht per month, depending on your usage.
