Welcome to La Casita! This 2 bedroom apartment has the charm of a local home yet with modern updates to make your stay comfortable. Located just a two block walk from the church and town center, the apartment is perfect for a weekend getaway or a cozy home base to explore Juayua and the surrounding towns along La Ruta de las Flores. We are centrally located and in a lively area, there is potential for noise especially on weekends. Sorry, no pets allowed. Our place has two bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds and each with ceiling fans, a bathroom with hot shower, a kitchen area with breakfast bar, a microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator and a 3 burner portable gas stove. We have one split type ductless air conditioning unit in a common area (not in the bedrooms). There’s also a living room with TV offering streaming apps like Netflix, and cable. We also have a small patio. You will have access to the entire apartment. There is free street parking out front. There’s no private parking area (eg. garage). During your stay I’ll be happy to help with any questions you may have. We also have support staff to help you during your stay too. Our apartment is centrally located and in a lively area, two blocks away from the Church and park. Since we are right in town there is potential for noise, especially on weekends. You can easily head out for a walk and explore Juayua. Supermarkets, bank/atm, pharmacy, shops, cafe/bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The bus stop is also a short walk away. Being centrally located it is easy to walk around the town. There’s free street parking. We welcome families, however please note that we do not have amenities/facilities for young children (eg. cot, children’s tableware, electrical outlet covers, change table, no baby proofing, high chair etc). There is a kitchen area where you can heat, cook and refrigerate food. No dining table though, just a breakfast bar. We have one security camera and that’s located outside of the house. It overlooks the front entrance and street corner. It will be on during your stay.
