Each renter will be issued TWO parking passes maximum for this unit. All additional vehicles will be charged $40 per vehicle, Credit/Debit Card only, No Cash, and will receive an OVERFLOW parking pass and will be required to park in the overflow lot directly across from the complex. Parking passes must be hung on the rearview mirror and must be clearly visible at all times.
