This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 1 bedroom PLUS large loft and a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, walk-in shower, and Jacuzzi bathtub ideally situated under a picture window. Bedroom #2 is an upper-level loft which includes 1 king size bed and 1 twin-over-full bunkbed. The room also has an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower. THINGS TO NOTE: - Washer and dryer in home. - Driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. - Pet friendly! We just want you to know in advance that the short driveway leading up to the cabin short and bit bumpy. It should not affect your experience nor will it require 4x4. Unlike other companies that may charge upwards of $50 for a hot tub cleaning fee, we pride ourselves on transparency and affordability, only adding a $15 charge into our cleaning fee. This nominal fee covers the costs of chemicals, as well as the time and labor invested by our dedicated housekeeping team to ensure a clean and relaxing hot tub experience for every guest. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we trust you'll appreciate the care and attention we put into maintaining our facilities. Our Basic Provisions: Include all linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth PER person, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, streaming smart TV, internet, and propane grill or both charcoal and gas. (Some properties have more) Please pick up after your pet at pet friendly properties. In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags), Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads), Laundry Detergent (1 load), and some Dishwashing Soap. Returning Guests are considered VIPs….(when available) we offer free Early check in or Late check out - ask local management team. All trash must be properly bagged or charged a fine. Please abide by all the rules and be courteous of neighbors. If need be management reserves the right to and can evict rowdy/unruly guests on behalf of our owners. However, we have not had to do so yet! You will be responsible for any damages to the rental property caused by you and your party during your stay.
