Our home is a new construction 3 bedroom 2 bathroom adobe style with 360 mountain views. 10 minutes to town, 35 minutes to Taos Ski Valley, 10 minutes to Taos Country Club. Pet friendly (dogs). The living area is an open concept with the kitchen, dining area and living area all connected. It makes for a great place to relax after skiing, hiking or exploring the surrounding area. Our next door neighbors have their home listed which is a 2 bd 2bath so you could book both homes for a total 5 beds The house sits on one acre in a new development. We have some neighbors but overall it is quiet and peaceful. The master has a private attached bath, king bed, desk, and walk in closet. The two guest bedrooms have queen beds and closets. We also have an air mattress. The outside area has six Adirondack chairs, an 8 foot long picnic table and gas grill. The kitchen should have everything you need to cook! The living area has a 65 inch smart tv, a few games and a chess board. The heated garage has ski and board storage along with lockers for gear! You will have access to the entire home minus the utility closet. I am available via text, phone, or Airbnb app and have a local property manager. The neighborhood is new and there are a couple homes still being finished on the street. We haven't noticed construction noise but wanted to let you know. Plenty of parking at the house and a heated garage (watch your roof/bike/ski racks) You will need a car to get around the area.
