For sleeping, the unit has a king-sized bed in the sleeping area and a queen pull out sofa bed. Please note there is no door to the sleeping area. Our unit provides high quality bedding for your sleeping pleasure, memory foam mattresses and cotton rich sateen sheets. Living area has a 50” Smart TV. Nestle in on the queen sleeper sofa by the fireplace watching your favorite shows. The kitchen comes fully equipped well organized kitchen easily accommodates your needs with: toaster, blender, food processor, mixer, pots, pans, and even a turkey roaster. Pantry basics and a lovely coffee bar await you. Hot tub is located in backyard in a shared fenced in space. Just to the back of your side courtyard. Washer and dryer in the space. The bathroom is stocked with fluffy towels and extras like cotton balls, q-tips, first aid kit, lint roller, and blow dryer. Restaurants are plentiful, Orlando's is a few blocks away and the Kraft house is the best of urban down home. College town trendy boutiques are just minutes away. Nightlife has something for all between College Town and the Depot District. This is a triplex home or a building divided into three self-contained residences. Each unit has private front door/kitchen/bath and bedroom. This unit also has a private courtyard on the west side of the home. There is no shared space besides the hot tub area in the SW corner of the backyard. Each unit has private/locking access to this shared space. Max guests at one time are 8, if all units are fully occupied. All units are airbnb units offering only short term or mid term rentals. One off-street parking space available, there are two spaces here, one is for another unit. The family across the street from the Corner Cottage has lived there for 60 years. Lots of pedestrians, walkers, bike riders, dog walkers, very urban, comfortable, safe, and centrally located 20 minutes from everything. Close to Marsha Sharp, 27/87 interstate, and the loop.
