We use an electronic door code tailored for each reservation. Always a new code for each guest. Codes are given just prior to check-in with detailed check-in instructions. Always available via app! Residential and Family oriented - Minimum Age requirement to rent this property is 30 years old. - Guests must submit their ID's to us, just like a hotel, before they are granted approval. (There are NO exceptions to this rule) - Guests without Host reviews will be asked for names and Formal id for all guests. - Guests are responsible for adhering to garbage and recycling schedules during their stay. - No pets allowed on premises due to allergies. - Applicable City Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced, and parties are NOT permitted. (Please no loud music/noise after 10 pm. It is a residential neighborhood.) - Please clean the grill after each use. - Smoking is permitted ONLY outdoors. - This rental is equipped with exterior cameras and noise monitoring equipment for safety and compliance purposes. (Any fees associated with tampering with this equipment will be charged to the guest.) - Ideal for 8 guests. Max 8 adults. Not to exceed 10 guests in total. - Events, parties, or gatherings are NOT permitted in the home at any time. Prior request and formal approval are required for guests that exceed what is listed in the reservation. Additional fees or deposit will be assessed. - $100 replacement fee for each lost badge **CHILD PROOFING: Guests understand that no special efforts have been made to "childproof" this house and accept the risk of harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. Bouncer and high-chair are provided. **Guest access: Guests have access to the entire home which includes deck, patio, backyard, hot tub, driveway for easy entry, and washer and dryer located on 1st floor. Only Garage is not accessible. **Hot Tub is only available Saturday-Thursday. Fridays it is serviced, cleaned and closed for the next arriving guests on Saturday.
