It is very spacious making it great for families and groups of friends. The property is 3 short blocks to the beach, and two blocks to great restaurants and shops. It features a great front patio with seating, an upper lounge deck off of the master, and a very spacious backyard with outdoor seating an a BBQ. We look forward to having you! The kitchen is fully equipped making entertaining a breeze. The backyard is massive, perfect for a family BBQ. It is fenced in and has lots of grass, as well as a patio with outdoor furniture and dining set. There are two units on this property. This unit is the "main" house on the property. It is a single family home, and none of the amenities in the home are shared, nor are the entrances. The other unit at the rear of this property is a 2BR cottage that is also rented to guests. The gate a the top of the driveway leads to a walkway in the backyard which is how the other unit is accessed. Guests can expect that the backyard will be a shared space with the guests staying at this unit, because the backyard is how the cottage is accessed. This property is professionally managed by Host House LLC, ensuring you'll have a great stay. We're nearby if you need us.
