The kitchen has everything you might need... full size fridge, wine fridge, stove & oven, microwave, blender, all cooking utensils and cookware too. Of the main living area you come onto the large deck with spectacular view of the Sir Francis Drake Channel. You have a covered outdoor dining area and a hammock on this level, and you can walk out to the sunset deck perched in the treetops. The ground level of the villa has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchenette area. The lower two bedrooms are not air conditioned, but do have floor and ceiling fans. Both lower bedrooms open onto a patio area with lounge chairs and lead to the back stairway to the upper deck. You have access to the entire property! We are available in the office daily for any questions you might have. We will check you in upon arrival and make sure you're settled in. At our office we have snorkel equipment rentals, and on site commissary, menus for all the restaurants on the islands, and yoga mats to borrow. We can help you with restaurant reservations and booking activities for your stay. Located in Spring Bay Estates, Sugar Mill Plantation is located one property back from Spring Bay beach. You can access the beach along the private estate path in less than 3 minutes. Private Parking is available at Sugar Mill Plantation.
