Our modern 1BHK with private garden is perfect for couples. Located in the charming neighbourhood of Parra (featured in many movies), you will be a short 5 min drive from the most famous restaurants of Goa, in Assagao (Gunpowder, Mustard, Tamil Table, etc.)and 10 to 15 minute from the action of Anjuna and Calengute. You will have access to the complex's swimming pool, 24X7 security and housekeeping staff (cleaning is once a day). The apartment has an inverter back-up for the frequent power cuts. LOCATION The spacious 1BHK apartment is ideal for families and friends. The apartment is in the very popular locality of Parra - 5 to 10 min from all the famous restaurants of Anjuna and Assagao (Mojigao, Coco's Kitchen, Thalassa, Olives, Burger Factory, Sublime, etc.). It is ~15 to 20 min from the popular beaches (Vagator, Anjuna, Calangute, Baga etc.) AMENITIES The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a garden. It has 1 bed in the bedroom and 1 floor mattress in the living room to sleep 1 extra guests. It includes - WIFI - A fully functional kitchen where you can prepare your meal: it has all the appliances like the hob, microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, and pans. The kitchen also has a washing machine in case you need to do laundry - A living room with flat screen TV & a full size sofa - 1 bedroom which has a comfortable double size bed with luxurious linen and a large closet for storage of your luggage and clothes. The bathroom has towels & toiletries - A garden area, perfect to enjoy the sunset - An inverter which will power the fans, basic lights and 2 charging points for 3 to 4h in case of a power outage (no GENSET) - The apartment also has extras like a clothes’ drying stand and an iron with ironing board HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES Housekeeping includes cleaning of the apartment once a day between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm. Towels and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights. MONTHLY STAYS We offer monthly discounts for long stays - to avail these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, internet, laundry of linen & towels). We collect a Rs. 20,000/- security deposit at the time of check-in against these. Please note that the phone network coverage is limited in the apartment. Guests will have access to the common swimming pool. -Our Guest Relationship Manager will get in touch with you 2 days prior to your arrival and will assist you with the check-in and check out. -Housekeeping Manager and the housekeeping team will be available between 9.30 am and 6.00 pm daily for any ongoing query during your stay. -There will be 24/7 security guard at the gate Parra is a village on the outskirts of Mapusa town. It is close to villages of Saligao, Calangute, Assagao, Anjuna and Vagator. Famous eateries like Mojigao, Coco Thai, Olives, The Burger Factory, Sublime, Tamil Table, Mustard, Suzie's etc. are all within the radius of 5 km to 6km. However Goa being highly seasonal do check online/call before heading to each place to ensure it is open. Remember the pristine narrow roads lined with palm trees on either side, of the Dear Zindagi fame? That’s the Parra road for you! Lined with palm trees, and overlooking fields on both sides, this road that you’d have often spotted in films and TV series like Four More Shots Please!, is a few hundred meters from the apartment, it is one of the prettiest, most picturesque roads of Goa.  Other points of interests - Beaches: Vagator (15 min drive), Anjuna (17 min drive), Morjim (30 min drive), Calangute (17 min drive) - Airport: 40 km (1h drive) - Panjim city: 15 km (32min drive) We will be happy to provide you with car / bike rentals / taxi contacts. MEALS – We can provide you the phone number of a cook on call (she charges on cost for the ingredient and adds a preparation fee, she is very reasonable) Else, Swiggy and zomato delivers to the building. LATE CHECK-OUT & EARLY CHECK-IN is chargeable and will depend on availability of the apartment at that time.
