Reconnect with nature, relax, and work online from my lakefront home in Laguna de Apoyo (home to Nicaraguas cleanest and warmest lake). Enjoy the built in steam room and cool off in the plunge pool and lake. Work from home with dedicated fibre optic internet. Go for an early morning kayak (included) and the many beautiful birds, monkeys, lizards, geckos, butterflies, bats, and squirrels around the property. This space is a one bedroom with a large Queen bed. bathroom, and mosquito netting enclosing the entire home, with large sliding doors that open to stunning lake views. The outdoor kitchen is spacious and protected completely with bug screens. The steam room is accessed from within the home, and steps away you can enjoy a plunge pool that stays cool all year round despite the heat of the jungle air. A short walk down the stairs and you’re swimming in the warm waters of Lago de Apoyo “lake of protection.” Guests can access the property with a gate code provided at time of booking. Use the steps down to the lake and make use of the kayaks for a beautiful paddle in the still morning. There is a kind caretaker and security on site at all times that can help with whatever you need. Please be respectful and keep unnecessary noise to a minimum. Private gated complex with 5 homes. 24hr security in a quiet remote area with several restaurants nearby. Plenty of free parking. Several restaurants within walking distance. Best to have a scooter or vehicle for long term stays. 30 mins from Masaya and 30 mins from Granada, 90 mins from the coast and 90 mins to Ometepe. The property is gated with 24hr security. The home is very remote and you are well protected when you are staying here.
