Anis Beach-House is a 2 bedroom villa a mere 50 meters from 2 stunning and secluded beaches. Nestled in a luscious tropical garden with private pool, it is the perfect hideaway to enjoy one of the most beautiful settings of the Sri Lankan coast ! The whole house and garden will be yours. And the unspoilt beaches will feel like your own private ones for miles ! The rental price includes a USD 10 charity contribution to the local community via a Canadian non profit organization: TRIP Canada The house features a living-room and 2 double bedrooms both with A/C and fans opening onto the lovely terrace, a tiny fitted kitchen and a bathroom. If needed, there is also another single bed available in the living area (But this would not be ideal for someone over 6 feet tall). The roof-terrace delights with awesome jungle views : perfect for sunset drinks or yoga sessions ! The tropical garden hosts a 5mx3m pool. Our venue comes with washing machine and a wifi connexion. All electrical sockets are fitted to receive both UK and Asian/European plugs. 2 body-boards and 2 yoga mats are at disposal. The whole property will be yours We are based in Marrakech but will be reachable (our details will appear once the booking is confirmed) before and during your stay. Rassi & Chalinga, a lovely Sri Lankan couple, will be at disposal during your stay. She is a great cook and can deliver you delicious meals upon request. The house is ideally located for surfing (10mn from Hiriketiya Bay), safaris (Udawalawe, Yala and an elephant orphenage), blue wales watching (Mirissa), fishing, boat rides (See with local fishermen), exploring buddhist temples or simply chilling-out. Lastly, Tangalle (Hospital / Banks / ATMs) is a mere 10 minutes from the house. After the 2004 tsunami devastated the southwest coast of Sri Lanka, TRIP Canada was founded to help rebuild. The project started with a village for homeless survivors and developed into an ongoing program to build homes, infrastructure and education programs. 58 families are already in new homes and 53 have so far graduated from universities.
