Fall asleep to the rhythm of the ocean. This is the entire first floor of our beach house, which is steps from la Playa Las Lajas. The space has 2 queen size beds and is set up as an open concept. There are standing fans and an AC unit. The upstairs is empty, and used for just us, when we are able to go. If you have more people and wish to also rent the upstairs, just request that in our conversation, and we can let you know what the additional cost would be. The upstairs has one private bedroom with ac, and has a full size bed and 2 hammocks. For pictures, you can look up our original listing “Casa Limon”. We still live in NY and come when we can, but our friends Thomas and Omer take excellent care of our guests. Guests will have access to the entire bottom floor apartment, and the laundry room (access from outside). I am available to communicate with guests via the app and also through other helpful apps. My neighbor Omer and Thomas live next door and are available for in person assistance. They will either greet you at the door or leave the key ready for you. Our house is at the very end of the beach (heading towards Kudos Beach Resort). Most days the whole beach is yours to share with the friendly surf dogs. You really need your own rental car to get to the house, and get around from there. The food stores are mostly in the town of Las Lajas, which is about 15 minutes away. There is an excellent fruit stand at the junction of the Panamericana highway and the road to Las Lajas. We have beach chairs and boogie boards available for use.
