Welcome to the Nautical Nook! Take a drive over the bridge and getaway in sturgeon bay. Only a block from the waterfront canal in between Lake Michigan and the bay of Green Bay with boat launch access and walking distance to downtown, this cozy cottage was completely remodeled head to toe and decorated with a personal touch to mirror the beautiful peninsula city of sturgeon bay. Known for its waters, fishing, tourism, food, and drinks, there are endless memories to be made here. This home has 3 bedrooms which include 1 king (room 1), 1 queen (room 2), and 2 fulls (room 3) each with closet space and bedside tables with built in USB/charging stations. There is one full bathroom with a custom built shower along with a half bathroom. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all connected via open concept ensuring lots of space to hangout with numerous windows and sliding back door to patio access that brings in the scenic outdoor views. The living room includes a massive, feather couch that can also be used as a bed space and a 70 inch smart tv with a sound system overtop an electric fireplace. Our home includes full amenities including fridge, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and washer and dryer. We have included the basic creature comforts: bath towels, soap, shampoo, lotions, other toiletries, and hairdryer. In the kitchen, paper towels, dish towels, and essential soap/cleaning supplies. Also salt, pepper, other spices, sugar, and coffee in the cupboard. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc all you need to stay in and prepare your own meals. There are games located in the tv stand. Smart locks are used for entry into the home via a personalized touchscreen passcode ensuring easy access and safety. Our home also includes AC/heat and WIFI. We have a large, secluded outdoor space with back patio and furniture. A 1 car garage is built into the home. With additional driveway space for cars, boats, trailers. This space can be used in many different ways! Whether it’s a family trip with kids, friends get together, bachelor/bachelorette celebration, moms weekend away, or a fisherman’s hangout, you can escape at the Nautical Nook and find things to do. Whether it’s summer boating, hiking or biking state trials or winter ice fishing and snowmobiling, this home caters to all seasons and all activities. This is our home away from home, so we hope you enjoy it as much as we do🤍 We will accommodate for small pets: $200/stay for each pet. We will accommodate for longer stays of more than 1 month.
