Property is a short walk to Valentine Creek, off Severn River. Downtown Annapolis an easy 15 minute drive. The scenery is beautiful and comes with lots of wildlife. Blue heron usually fishing in the tidal pond. Osprey taking long dives into the water. Occasionally bald eagles. Muskrats are often swimming in the mornings. Fox and deer foraging. Racoons will get into any trash that is left out at night. Owls hooting at night. Colorful Bufflehead, Common and Hooded Merganser diving ducks in the cooler months. We have a selection of music instruments that can be borrowed. Acoustic, electric and classical guitars, banjo, ukulele, amps, microphones and set of drums. Let us know. We live on the property in a separate house about 100ft down the road. The water view is a few feet down the road from the rental. This is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of water view streets for walking. There is a large protected wooded area across the street with trails. We prefer extended stays. The reservation system will give a 15% discount for rentals of a week or more and 20% discount for monthly.
