This apartment is on the 1st floor of a beautiful & newly renovated 150yo home in the peaceful historic downtown neighborhood of Beall's Hill. The sleeping arrangements are a king bed in each of the bright and spacious bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Relax in the brightly lit living room with smart TV and sectional sofa. Then you have the full eat-in kitchen. Enjoy the relaxing neighborhood atmosphere while being just minutes from everything. Entering through the front door, you'll be the door to the right. Entering through the back door, you'll come into the mudroom. From there, you'll be the door on the left. We estimate that the sleeping arrangements will sleep 5 very comfortably. However, two children would also be comfortable on the sofa bed. This space has two beautifully lit bedrooms and a shared laundry room dedicated to the first floor, which locks from your inside the unit. Your host, Paul, lives right around the corner, but will only be around if needed. He is always a text away. Beall's Hill is a lovely family-friendly downtown neighborhood. It is the most economically, socially, financially, and racially diverse neighborhood in the city. Navicent is practically across the street, Mercer is a 5-minute drive/20-minute walk, and the shops, restaurants, venues, and bars downtown are the same distance. This neighborhood is extremely walkable and bikeable. There are many beautiful historic homes and buildings close by, and walking around the neighborhood is a great way to experience our charming town. The Smart TV is provided so you're welcome to log into whichever of the streaming services you have that would like to use, just remember to log out when you leave. In addition, there are available free Roku channels available to view. Smoking indoors or parties will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250. Parties would be defined as more than 3 guests now staying in the unit for a period of time longer than 3 hours. Due to extreme allergies, pets (including emotional support animals) are not permitted. If a pet is brought into the unit, it will result in a $250 cleaning fee and a cancellation of the reservation without refund. Trained and licensed Service animals are accepted when required by law.
