Kitchen is fully stocked including a blender, toaster, coffee grinder, keurig, drip coffee system and kettle. Enjoy your coffee in bed or on the private patio. At night switch on the lights in the backyard and enjoy sitting by the fire pit. Stand alone AC/Heat unit in room for individualized temperature control and comfort. Guests will pull into the driveway and go to the back of the home. There is ample parking. Park alongside the trash can enclosure. The parking lot and pathway will be well lit at night and completely enclosed and private. Enter through a private gate with a code then follow the path to the back door. There will be a lock box with a key. I am available at anytime to help with any issues or requests. This space is a 6 minute walk from Main Street in downtown Hendersonville. Once you arrive, you never have to use your car until you leave. Walk to shops, restaurants, breweries and more! This unit is attached to the back of a large house. We rent out the front two rooms of the house, (Bearcat Bungalow) but this unit has no shared spaces, entrances or walls with that unit. Your door into the home is kept locked at all times and no one besides you has access to this unit during your stay.
