Three bedrooms are situated upstairs. The master bedroom, king bed, with en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, balcony and AC, two guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom separately accessed from within each bedroom, both have full closets and AC. The kitchen dining room and living room are an open concept living, which allows guests to socialize and converse whilst they meal prep, watch tv or even swim or lounge at the pool. Double doors open out on to the pool deck from the living room and the kitchen enjoys a large bay window opening out onto the pool. The fourth bedroom with queen bed, full closet and AC is situated on this floor along with a full third bathroom. The living space is also aircondiioned. A full laundry room with washer and dryer is also situated on this floor. Guests enjoy their own private pool and deck and free onsite parking in this villa.
