Everything from restaurants, entertainment, groceries or personal needs are within walking distance. Uber and Lyft's rides available. Please read these carefully to prevent any awkward hosts/guests situations as the rules below are strictly enforced, especially in regards to parties and events. *There is a home security camera system on the exterior of the home that covers all door entrances to the property. There is also a single camera located above the oven in the kitchen that overlooks the kitchen and living room space, per Air Bib Camera Policy: Devices that allow for viewing or monitoring of only a public space (ex: a front door or a driveway) or a common space that are clearly identified and disclosed ahead of a reservation are permitted. Common spaces do not include sleeping areas or bathrooms. All Cameras are in plain sight. **ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS where OUTSIDE GUESTS are ALLOWED. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE and is ONLY FOR THE GUESTS that are staying at the rental. ***10PM QUIET HOURS when outdoors. Signs are posted as a reminder. Meaning no music/entertainment and keep voices down. This reduces interruption to the neighbors. ****NO SMOKING/VAPING INDOORS, FRONT PORCH OR REAR DECKS. Smoking is allowed in the rear alley-way/25 feet from ALL entrances ******Please put all trash in the bins in the front and DO NOT leave on decks. *******NO PETS ALLOWED ********Please be careful when moving your luggage around as not to scuff up the walls *********Early Check-in/Late Check-out is based on availability on the day of your arrival or departure. Host can accommodate guests; and happy to do so. Sometimes the host is unable to accommodate due to alternate commitments.
