This stunning Croatian Villa was lovingly remodeled with tile floors, high-beamed ceilings, and modern details for a luxurious yet charming feel. Arrive at the stone paved property and see the main house on your left and separate smaller stone house on the right. Follow the path between them up to the pool and terrace to soak up the sun and take in the breathtaking views of the Adriatic coast. Main Villa This 152 m2 stone Villa was originally built in 1910 and completely rebuilt and renovated in 2020. The property is beautifully landscaped with uninterrupted sea to sky views. It has a fabulous (34m2) heated pool with various outside entertaining areas. Villa Si is situated on a (852 m2) plot nestled in the mountainside of Konavle. The historic old cities of Dubrovnik (15 minutes) and Cavtat (5 minutes) are just a short drive away. The interior is immaculately presented with a huge open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The dramatic vaulted wood beam ceilings and impressive stone walls are captivating. The décor is a mixture of modern and traditional styles with striking stone walls throughout. Every detail has been taken into account in this superbly built Villa with the addition of air conditioning and heating in every room. The dining, kitchen and living area are framed by stone walls with views of the patio and heated pool area through the massive sliding glass door. This space is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is a cooks delight, equipped with high quality appliances. You'll love the direct access to the woodfired barbeque from the kitchen. Every room of this Villa is light filled and spacious. Locally made parquet wood floors merge beautifully with the stone walls. An incredible wooden staircase is presented when entering through the locally crafted arched main doors. Upon entry you’ll find two massive suites on either side. Each finished in its own unique style. The tiled en-suites add another layer of luxury to the rooms. Notice the craftsmanship as you walk up the locally made oak steps and handrail of the staircase. This leads you to the second level. Where, you’ll find the living area, kitchen to your left and two more bedrooms and a bathroom through the pocket door to your right. Continuing up the staircase to the upper floor. You’ll arrive at a beautifully sky lit seating area with incredible view of the living room. Through the hall you’ll enter into the top floor vaulted suite also with its own beautifully designed sky lit en-suite. Detached Cottage: Guests who would like another level of privacy from the main house can stay at the wonderfully designed and fully equipped detached cottage. You and your guests have exclusive access and use of the entire property. You'll have access to the entire property during your stay. Villa Si is located in the small quiet village of Uskoplje. Locals mainly reside here. The surrounding area is mountainous and forested. Enjoy stunning views of the Adriatic sea. Having a car is a great way to get around. Parking is available on site for 2 vehicles. If you have two cars you'll want to turn the first around before pulling up the driveway with the second. There are also 3 marked reserved spaces at the beginning of the village. Uber is another good option if you don't have to or want to drive. Take one to Cavtat for the day to swim or go out for some night life. Transportation and tours are available upon request. A good way to get to Dubrovnik easily and without the worry of parking is by shuttle boat from Cavtat round trip. We are happy to assist you with information or reservations.
