This quiet part of Cayman has that true “island-vibe”, making it a perfect destination for a relaxing or adventurous vacation. Villa #1 is oceanfront and end unit so it is quieter and a little more private since it's not directly in front of the pool. MAIN FLOOR: Full kitchen (stocked with all the essentials), dining table, generous living room (Smart TV) and a powder room. The large patio doors take you directly to the corner of the pool deck and a beautiful sandy beach. Outdoor furniture available for you to relax by the pool or beach. SECOND FLOOR: Two spacious bedrooms, each with their own ensuite. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an unobstructed view to the sea and its own private balcony (watch the incredible sunrise). The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a private balcony facing inland. Other Amenities Include: Keyless entry, highchair, playpen with comfort mattress, filtered water and ice maker via fridge, kitchen stocked with basic essentials, drip coffee maker, snorkeling gear (x2 sets), beach towels. ***PLEASE NOTE that the condo can sleep up to 6 guests if you would like to save money on accommodations as there is no extra charge for extra guests, HOWEVER ideally the condo is better suited for 4 guests or 2 couples since it is a 2 bedroom. Additional guests will have to sleep on an inflatable matress and one can sleep on the couch in the livingroom which is not like sleeping on a real bed in the bedrooms.*** Pool & sun loungers on the ocean side and a sandy white beach for you to enjoy. Before you leave the pool/beach, please return the chairs to where they were before, if you moved them to a different location. Your peace and privacy are respected however I will check on you after your first night ;) Located in the quaint village of Bodden Town, away from the hustle and bustle of 7Mile Beach, and within walking distance to some shops, fish fry on the beach and a few restaurants. If you are an explorer, a rental car is recommended and if you are looking to just relax, you will only need a taxi to get you to and from the airport. Few shops and restaruants are within walking distance from the condo. PLEASE NOTE: Only in the summer months, there may be some sargassum/seaweed on the beach. That’s Mother Nature’s gifts us, which is out of our control. Our landscaping team works diligently to remove as much sargassum as they can on a daily basis. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm, when the condo is being cleaned. There is no additional charge for an early check-in/late checkout.
