This modern and fully-equipped apartment is perfect for families and remote workers. It is located in a safe and convenient condominium, just a 5-minute walk from the kite point and only 1.3km to the entrance to Paracas National Reserve. The common areas include a large gym and a coworking space, so you can stay productive and active during your stay,. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with: - Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. A/C, blackout blinds, and smart TV in the bedroom. - 1 bedroom with a bed for two + two bunk beds above, ideal for children. A/C, blackout blinds, and smart TV in the bedroom. - 2nd bathroom accross from 2nd bedroom with hot shower - 1 fully equipped kitchen, living area, and dining area. - 1 service room with a small bed, ideal for families with a nanny (located as an extension of the laundry area). This is not comfortable enough to be a 3rd bedroom, please understand this is a service room with a small bed. - Balcony with a gas BBQ, outdoor furniture, and stunning views of the ocean and the desert! The entire unit is private for guests. There are shared areas outside of the unit, within the condo complex, that form part of Kite Club. These common spaces include a full gym, coworking, 40m lagoon and fresh water pools. They are to be enjoyed at anytime during your stay! Santo Domingo is the relaxed, sports enthusiast area of Paracas. The center of Paracas is more touristy, but in Santo Domingo, you have easy access to the ocean for kitesurfing and to the nature reserve, la Reserva, for running and biking. Renting a car is recommended (we have contacts, just ask!). Or if you are just 2 people, renting a scooter is great! We do have a scooter available for rent, just ask!. We are a 5min drive from the center of Paracas, or 40min walk. We also provide contacts of taxis and moto taxis if you choose to not rent a car.
