Our place is beautifully updated in a beach theme. The location is peaceful, relaxing, with an amazing view of the ocean. Our complex is very safe, quiet and gated. There is also a pool to enjoy. We are close to many wonderful beaches, El Yunque Rainforest, amazing restaurants, the Ferry Station and so much more. Our condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The Master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed, the bottom is full size and the top a twin, and a workspace. Both bathrooms have been updated. We have a Roku TV, DVD Player, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, and full-size kitchen. The living room is nicely furnished, and our balcony has some of the most amazing views in Puerto Rico. Best app to get around the island is Waze This is a "No Smoking" property. If evidence of smoking any type of substance is found, a claim will be filed. You must be 25 or older to rent our property. There is a maximum of 5 guests allowed. Any additional guest will incur in a fee. The exterior of our home does have security cameras at the entrance and in the balcony area. We offer a discount for stays of 7 days or more. We are very reasonably priced, so please do not message me asking for additional discounts. Stays longer than 15 days may be considered for 5-star guests; please message me. A starter supply of hygiene products are available in the property for use.
