Sok Villa is a luxurious complex of 6 Khmer houses with modern amenities in a large 2,000m2 (21,528 ft2) private property with a lush tropical garden and swimming pool. Sok Villa is a private and exclusive property, meaning that you will be the only guests on the property during your stay. This means that you will have exclusive use of all six houses, swimming pool, and other amenities! The Main House The main house has two floors. The ground floor has an open-air gym overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Climbing the stairs, you find the balcony where you can enter the living room. The balcony has beautiful views of almost the entire property and has chairs where you can enjoy your drink, your favorite book, or just relax. The living room has a leather sofa and a table with chair and lamp that can be used as an office area. The living room can accommodate a single bed upon request. From the living room, you have access to the bedroom featuring a king-size bed. There is also a Sony 50-inch LCD TV with cable TV with channels in multiple languages. The beautiful bathroom is accessible from the bedroom or from the living room and has a hot tub. All other bathrooms in the complex have a walk-in shower. The WC bowl is a full-sized western style. The same is true for all other bathrooms in the complex. The Other Houses Two houses are very similar. They have a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a couch, and a table with a chair for your computer. Each room also has a 32-inch LCD TV with cable. Next to the bedroom, there is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. One house has a view of the park/courtyard, and the other has a view of the park/swimming pool. A fourth house has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own main door where you can access from the outside, but they are connected inside. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, a couch, a table with a chair, and a 32-inch TV. The two bedrooms also share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A fifth house has a kitchen. The kitchen is large and well-equipped for those who want to cook or be served by our staff on request. The kitchen has 2 gas stoves, a large electric oven, and a large microwave. In the same space, there is also a dining table with 6 chairs. Outside the kitchen, a barbecue is available too. The sixth house is the one in the middle of the property. It is a large patio with a living room, couches, and a large wooden table with 10 chairs. The patio is equipped with a 4-speaker sound system that you can connect with Bluetooth. The house is enclosed by roll-up curtains to protect the guests from the rain. Amenities For kids, there is a playground with swinging chairs, a slide, and a small wooden hut. Our highlight feature is the 20-meter long swimming pool, complete with three decks for sunbathing and a shaded area to cool off. Adjacent to the pool, you'll find our fully-equipped fitness area so you can stay active during your stay. Younger guests will never be bored with our playground featuring fun activities like swinging chairs, a slide, and even a small wooden hut. We close the gate at night for added security. Our next-door neighbor is the landlord and their family, and the other neighbors in the area are all villas or upscale, quiet boutique hotels. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay while you are visiting Angkor Wat / Siem Reap, our villa is the perfect place for you. Siem Reap is a hot city, so it is not recommended to walk long distances. The best way to get around is to use Grab, a ride-hailing app that offers reliable tuk-tuks and cars for around $2 USD and $4 USD per ride, respectively. They are convenient and reliable, as you can book them in advance and they will arrive within minutes. Book in advance!
