COZINHA The gourmet kitchen was custom designed for flow and elegance and features sleek black on black L-shaped countertops, with large American farmhouse sink, gas stove w/ dual oven (gas+electric), extra large fridge with ice maker, and a 14 servings dishwasher. Cabinets and drawers are equipped with everything you need to cook, juice, blend, caffeinate, explore, and enjoy! Basket and bags available for your farmer's market and grocery jaunts. BANHEIROS All feature high-pressure rain shower heads, black hardware, cotton towels, and stunning nature views Canto da Lagoa is a quiet and charming neighborhood nestled amongst the tropical hills that surround the lagoon. The region offers quick access to all amenities needed for a great stay including markets, restaurants, butcher, bakery, handmade pasta, organic shops, gas station, beaches, trails, gelato spots, and more! ESSENTIAL INFORMATION: In order to obtain this epic canopy view of the lagoon and the sea in the distance, the home is situated atop a VERY steep hill. On rainy days, this hill often requires that vehicles without 4x4 traction go up in reverse (as most vehicles are FWD). Most Ubers cannot make it up the hill in the rain. There is ample parking in the garage. It is best to enter the garage in reverse, so that you can exit smoothly. If your car is larger than a jeep renegade, please check the height restrictions with the deck and park in the uncovered portion if needed.
