UPDATE: BACK YARD IS COMPLETELY FENCED IN with 6ft white vinyl fencing for your privacy AND pool has capabilities to be heated (rates apply). Inside the private, fenced in back yard you will find a PRIVATE swimming pool, fire pit and gazebo. Perfect for hanging out after a day at the beach. With large decks, stretching the width of the house, on both top levels, enjoy Views of the Gulf of Mexico from BOTH balconies!!! This home is a great place to retreat to after a long day at the beach. Thoughtfully laid out, there is plenty of room to comfortably accommodate a few families. Enjoy an afternoon BBQ (GAS GRILL on the very top deck) or flag football game on the large well-manicured lawn. The fun that can be had here is endless! For you folks that enjoy boating, we have plenty of room to park your boat! Floor Plan: GROUND/1ST LEVEL – covered, paved parking, outdoor shower, Foyer ENTERANCE and BEDROOM 1– DAYBED/TRUNDLE BED (2 twin beds). 2ND LEVEL – Bedroom 2 – queen bed, TV, work desk and entrance onto a gulf view balcony. There is also a Full bath with double vanities and tub/shower combo; laundry closet with full size washer/dryer; Bedroom 3 – Master Bedroom with king bed, TV, full bath, gorgeous gulf views and entrance onto large gulf view deck and Bedroom 4 – queen bed, TV and DVD/CD player 3RD LEVEL – Living level including a comfortable living room with a big screen TV and DVD; dining area with great beautiful gulf/beach views, kitchen and half bath (GAS BBQ Grill located on this level as well). *NOTE: The house has stairs to each level. There is NOT an elevator. * NOTE: The bedroom on the 1st/Ground level is located to the right as you come in the entrance of the house. It does have a door for privacy. It also has a DAY BED/Trundle BED with 2 single beds Available. It also has a flat screen television with a DVD player. This part of the house is not heated and cooled with the rest of the house. IT DOES have a window air-conditioning unit for summer months and a space heater to keep the area warm and cozy during the colder months. *NOTE: The dining table has seating for 6 people but there is a bar area with 4 stools right next to the dinning table. *NOTE: REQUIRED: PRIOR Approval for Pets (non-refundable pet fee of ($150) PER pet. (2MAX) Pet MUST be well-behaved and housebroken. Your pet may not at any time be left in the house alone when you are away unless it is crated. Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture. All pet droppings MUST be cleaned up or there will be an additional charge through your deposit. *NOTE: There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING /VAPING OR DRUGS ALLOWED in the house. Any evidence will be subject to a fine. Our home comes with bed and bath linens as well as cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You may need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels provided. We also provide an INITIAL supply of paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. SELF CHECK IN CHECK IN TIME IS 4:00 PM (EASTERN) CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM (EASTERN) PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THIS. MY CLEANING CREW IS ON A TIME LIMIT. ANYTHING AFTER 10:15 AM (EASTERN) WILL RESULT IN A $50 LATE FEE CHARGE EVERY 5 MINUTES. For your safety and ours we installed a RING doorbell on the front door overlooking the parking area. There are NO OTHER cameras installed INSIDE the home.
