The Heart of Lubbock is a very old, diverse historic neighborhood near Texas Tech. People from all over the world live here. Lots of unique houses nearby including neighbors with an art deco house. You may see walkers, dog-walkers, bicyclists. Walk score 66, bike 55, transit score 25 We recommend having a car to get around, although we have a pink motorized bike you may request to rent. Lubbock has an abundance of parking so driving everywhere is easy. Uber is easy and you can pick up the City Bus 3 blocks east on Ave Q and 29th. 1.5 mile to Texas tech library. This is a triplex home or a building divided into three self-contained residences. Each unit has private front door/kitchen/bath and bedroom. There is no shared space besides the hot tub area in the SW corner of the backyard. Each unit has private/locking access to this shared space. Max guests at one time are 8, if all units are fully occupied. All units are airbnb units. This is the southern most unit, and has a great private backyard with dining space.
