We have not had any instances regarding the safety of our guests but please note that South Buffalo is an up and coming neighbourhood. We will not allow a cancelation after arrival due to the area looking "unsafe". It is a diverse neighbourhood, not dangerous, not illegal, but do expect different nationalities living around the house. Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply.
