The building is brand new and located at one of the most central locations in the city. You can take the ferry directly to the historical city centre Sultanahmet or hang out in the neighbourhood, Kadıköy, which is one of the most colorful and popular areas in Istanbul. Since this is a brand new building it is fully earthquake proof, complying with all the up to date requirements. Can provide ongoing support throughout your stay. The flats are located in Kadıköy, next to Yeldeğirmeni (Windmill) neighborhoud. The area is very lively and popular. The neighborhood historically hosted various minorities of the Ottoman era, thanks to which you can still view authentic streets and Greek architecture. The multicultural background of the area sets the scene for a colorful neighborhood with many cafes, bars and restaurants. All of the following are within 5-10 minutes of walking distance: - Ferry lines to touristic and central locations in Istanbul. - Subway station which goes all the way to Sabiha Gökçen Airport. - Marmaray, which is the intercontinental underwater train, also goes near the old city centre, Sultanahmet, and other touristic areas, as well as to the far end of the Asian side of Istanbul. - Train station with high-speed lines to Ankara, the capital. - You can get on the shuttles to the intercity bus stop and both Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen Airport on the next street to your accommodation. Finally, since the accommodation is located in Yeldeğirmeni you can simply walk to Kadıköy, Moda or Fenerbahçe to enjoy some of the nicest neighbourhoods in Istanbul. Due to the new law coming into action at the 1st of February, it is mandatory for us to sign a non-cancellable lease contract agreement with you upon your arrival.
