The house is located in Newark Delaware It is a 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 baths. The rooms are furnished with queen size beds all with memory foam or pillow top mattress. The couch in the living room has a pull out full bed with a memory form mattress. The basement offers another living room area with a sectional couch and 65 inch TV great for movie nights, also a desk is provider for office work. Laundry and the treadmill are located in the small room in the basement. Enjoy outside cooking and dining on the deck we have a full size grill for all your delicious grilling recipes. The deck has a gazebo that can also be closed to keep away bugs and for privacy. Close to local stores CVS, Royal farms and Waffle House are walker able from the house. University of Delaware and Wilmington University are only a few minutes driver Close to one of the best parks in Delaware, Glasgow park great for kids play, walking, and has different areas for games. The YMCA is located across the road from the park if you have membership you can enjoy indoor and outdoor pool when open. Outdoor pool charges a small fee per person if you do not have membership. The university of Delaware has an outside pool open during the summer and chargers a small fee for entrance fun for the whole family. The house is located about 25minutes from the Wilmington Riverfront and about 45 minutes to Dover Delaware. 45 minutes to Philadelphia international airport. About 2 hours to New York city and Washington DC. Rehoboth beach and Bethany beach Delaware are about one hour and forty five minutes away. Atlantic City New Jersey and Ocean city Maryland are about two hours great beaches for family and can be a great day trip while staying with us. We have great and friendly neighbors. We have two free parking spots outside the townhouse exclusive for our guests.
