The property is approximately 35 minutes away from the Rafael Hernández International Airport in Aguadilla and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport in San Juan. Estación 1009 is a complete property that includes two floors fully equipped for the enjoyment of you and your family. The 1st level has air conditioning in all its spaces. You will find a master bedroom with bathroom, TV with internet and view of the pool at this level. In this same area, you will find three additional bedrooms with space for clothing storage. You can also relax in our beautiful living room equipped with television and bluetooth audio system. You will also enjoy a beautiful kitchen and bathroom for common use. On the second floor you will enjoy a complete suite, which is part of your rental. In this room, you will enjoy a spacious and complete kitchen, private bathroom, living room with TV, terrace and a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy our outdoor pool with view to the Atlantic Ocean. In this area you can sunbathe, meditate and relax. From the infinity pool, you'll see departing cruises and might get a sight on poking whales.Among the amenities of this space is a beautiful gazebo at the bottom of the pool, outdoor shower, and bathroom. We are located in a residential area, close to highway #2 in Quebradillas, Puerto Rico. This area is very quiet and has several nearby restaurants, a basketball court and a walking area (Merendero). You need a vehicle to get around this part of the island. We do not have Uber, Taxis or public transportation service. It should be noted that this property has a power plant and water cistern in case of service interruption.
