Guests are asked to remain away from the backyard, side yards, and spaces directly in front of entrances to other units in the compound. Lugar al Mar is part of a family home in the residential neighborhood of Kings Park, Belize City, an upscale and secure area centrally located in the city. There are several diplomatic missions on this street with 24-hour police post two doors down from the property and a police booth in the park around the corner. Regular police mobile patrols check in at the police post periodically throughout the day and night. Many properties in the vicinity also employ private security and utilize security cameras on their premises and there is a robust neighborhood watch program in place. There is 1 parking space available for our guest on the safely-fenced property, accessible through a remote-controlled electronic gate (remote provided). There is also a pedestrian gate that is padlocked at night. There are 2 seaside parks and 1 community park within walking distance of the apartment. The 'hip strip' is 2 blocks away with restaurants and clubs like Lucca, Midtown Restaurant, Thirsty's, Shisha 8 Lounge, Ochuna, Tropicana Casino, Princess Hotel & Casino and much more. You can also exercise along the seaside or at the nearby Marion Jones Stadium which has outdoor gym equipment and a running track. The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking from the seawall, which is a short walk from the apartment. The apartment is a licensed accommodation with the Belize Tourism Board. This includes Fire and Public Health department approvals.
