Welcome to our brand new boho-style apartment, just built and finished Feb. 2023! As our guest, you'll be part of our community of kitesurfers, sports enthusiasts and international nomads. Located just a 5-min walk from the Kitesurf Point & 1km from Paracas National Reserve, our condo features a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor BBQ, 2 bdrms, 2 baths, fiber optic internet, Smart TV, & A/C. Enjoy access to Kite Club's common areas including a pool, 40m saltwater lagoon, gym, and coworking space. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and includes: ● 1 Fully stocked Kitchen + Dining + Living Area ● 1 Master bedroom with A/C: Queen + ensuite bathroom w/ shower & walk in closet. ● 1 Bedroom with A/C: 2 twin beds, can be pushed together if accommodating a couple. ● Another bathroom and shower are shared among the 2nd bedroom and the living area ● Laundry room with a washing machine and drying rack that can be used at any time. Great area to store luggage as well. ● Terrace with BBQ The entire unit is private for guests. There are shared areas outside of the unit, within the condo complex, that form part of Kite Club. These common spaces include a full gym, coworking, 40m lagoon and fresh water pools. They are to be enjoyed at anytime during your stay! Santo Domingo is the relaxed, sports enthusiast area of Paracas. The center of Paracas is more touristy, but in Santo Domingo, you have easy access to the ocean for kitesurfing and to the nature reserve for running and biking. Renting a car is recommended (we have contacts, just ask!). Or renting a moto. We are a 5min drive from the center of Paracas, or 40min walk. We also may have a scooter available for rent, great for 2 people, ask us now to reserve it!
