Private fencing to give you your privacy so you can relax in a peaceful setting. We offer a cozy home to spend your vacation in your own private space. You will have access to a big private yard. This home has 3 spacious bedrooms each with a queen size bed and individual air conditioner. Each room will have 4 towels (2 bath towels and 2 beach towels) for you to use during your stay so you don’t have to overpack in bringing towels. We also can include a toddler bed if you are traveling with a child and would like to have it in one of the rooms. This home has a spacious open-concept design with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The dining room has a table to seat 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped ready so you can cook your meals. The kitchen has an electrical stove top, microwave, toast oven, refrigerator, air fryer, and your choice of a coffee maker or iced coffee maker for K-cup. Guests will have access to a washer and everything needed to wash and naturally dry clothes. We offer a few complementary items to start you on your vacation. Limited items such as: medium roast coffee K-cup pods, coffee creamer single servings, a gallon of water & 12 water bottles, iron, ironing board, shower dispensers with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dispensable plates and utensils (in case you don’t want to wash dishes). You will have access to sunblock lotion, bug-repellent spray, cleaning supplies, and garbage bags. The living room is equipped with two sofas so you can watch TV. The TV has basic channels (Live TV), Netflix, and a limited cable channel (Claro TV). The house is set up with free Wi-Fi, fans within the living room and dining room, and a stand-up fan. The location of the house is close to a few popular beaches within a 15-minute scenic drive, local stores, Walmart, Supermercados ECONO (local grocery store), and some of our favorite restaurants. Guests will have access to the whole house and the yard area. Our guest can call us at any time (24 hour) if assistance needed. Our response time is less than an hour.
