This new listing will be your favorite place in Brian Head! We purchased a previous 5-star rental and made it even better. You won't find a better location than this true ski-in ski-out condo. Chair 8 is right out the back of the garage and access to Navajo is a 3-minute walk. This spotless condo has been updated with new linens, dishes, Kitchen-aid appliances, and everything you need to sleep and eat well. A washer and dryer make it easy to relax and stay a while. On the main floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. A BBQ is on a large back deck that provides a view of the trees with the lift running between. Adults will be comfortable in either the king suite on the main or queen upstairs. Both have new TVs and direct access to bathrooms. The main floor bathroom has a shower and the upstairs has a giant jetted tub. The upstairs loft has three twin beds and a privacy curtain. Our kids love it! This listing is on the second floor above the garage. This may not be a good choice for anyone with limited mobility. There is no one above you and rarely on either side which makes for a quiet and private space. + Guests have access to the entire space and the garage in the winter. A code for the door and garage will be provided prior to check-in. Guests may also use the common area which includes a sauna and game room. Once you park you shouldn't need to drive anywhere, but 4x4 is recommended during the winter. We have an awesome manager who keeps the complex shoveled and plowed - in fact, that was one of the reasons we purchased this unit. Though you will access the unit with a unique code, we are available to help you have a great stay. There is an onsite property manager we can reach out to should you need something. This unit is adjacent to Chair 8 and the Wildflower lift that heads to the Navajo side of Brian Head Ski Resort. It is a very short walk to Bristlecone park which has a pond, pavilions, and a new, huge playground. Within a 5-7 minute walk, you will have access to the Giant Steps Lodge and "the mall" where there are several restaurants. The shuttle stops right in front of our complex and will take you just about anywhere you need to go in Brian Head. One garage spot is available beginning in October. There are plenty of uncovered parking spots in front of the unit. You should be able to walk to anything in the town of Brian Head. We generally park our car and don't use it until we head out. Sorry, but no pets are allowed due to allergies.
