My home is situated a literal stone's throw from Lake Champlain. Spectacular views await you to the south and west, breath catching sunsets and the majestic Adirondack Mountains across the lake. I have lived in and loved this place for 40 years, and I am happy for the opportunity to share the charm and cozy comfort of my home with you! Airbnb’s Vermont Meals and Rooms Tax ID number is MRT-10126712. **** Attn: Guests We are disinfecting all hard surfaces with CDC recommended methods to eliminate the Covid-19 virus in all our properties. **** Ideal for active lifestyles, yet perfect for quiet, contemplative, comfort. Bring your bike, or rent one locally, head south on the bike path (1 minute away) and pedal to downtown Burlington, Vermont or, take a left and head north on the bike path to cross the lake on the bike ferry. Visit the Champlain Islands, or even Canada. Always other options: Kicking back in a comfy Adirondack chair with a great book...or gently sway on a big hammock, sipping a great local craft brew and recharging your battery! A five minute walk from Airport Park and pickleball, tennis, basketball, volleyball courts; play equipment for little ones, baseball and soccer fields, walking path. All bedrooms and common areas are available to my guests. Enjoy the yard and gardens, steps down to the lake. My cohost Brian will be available for any questions or suggestions regarding the area. I live on a wonderfully peaceful dead end dirt road on the lake. So very close to so much to see and do! A very short walk or bike to the bike path; a couple of minutes from a terrific local park with tennis and pickleball courts, horseshoes, volleyball, playground equipment, wooded walking paths, etc. Kayaks and paddle boards are available to rent right here in the bay. Burlington (with Uber available) is a 15 minute drive, with its many craft breweries, a farmer's market on Saturdays, waterfront dining, locally owned shops and much more. Stowe is a 45 minute drive (barring a big snow). Uber to downtown. Plenty of parking. 20 minutes from airport. (BTV) Very bike friendly area. Please only use Broadlake Road, and not the two privately owned smaller dirt side roads. Thanks!!
