This stunning residence is tastefully decorated and professionally landscaped, set among green hills with spectacular ocean views.  Designed by acclaimed  Puerto Rican Architect, Pedro Rodriguez Flores, with all the Caribbean nostalgia of hipped roofs, wooden verandas, and ample porches to indulge in all that breezy tropical scenery.   Imported travertine tile is featured throughout the whole house, and there are stone countertops in every bathroom, as well as all the kitchen countertops. The great room is an open floor plan design, surrounded by furnished porches that celebrate outdoor living. The downstairs has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a second with a queen bed and two twin beds. One bathroom is shared Jack and Jill style between the two rooms. A second building houses two spacious guest rooms with queen beds and a central bathroom.  All bedrooms have A/C and private terraces with ocean views that can be admired right from bed. Guests' access will be dependent on the number of guests and sleeping arrangements required. One building housing the owner's master bedroom will always be off limits, along with a personal storage area. We pride ourselves on always being available to our guests. We live on island and are always available to ensure our guests have the best stay possible. We prefer to maintain AirBNB chat as the primary communication channel, however, we can also be reached by text or phone. This magnificent Villa sits upon 5 acres, about 10 minutes from downtown Culebra . The location is perfect for those looking for a secluded, peaceful stay, while still just a short drive from town and all the beautiful beaches. Due to the location of the property a rental Jeep or Bronco is necessary. These vehicles will also allow guests to fully explore all that Culebra has to offer. The maximum number of adult guests is 8. Families with children (12-18) may make use of the two additional twin beds for a total of 10 guests. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms, however the great room (kitchen/dining/living area) is fan cooled.
