There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the second floor and a half bathroom on the first floor. The whole house. All bedrooms are on the second floor. No outside guests are allowed. Concierge services will be available to help you plan a great vacation before and during your stay. This house located in a private neighborhood called Bella Vista on the north end of Playa Guasacate. Playa Guasacate is directly in front of the house and you'll find fun surf just right here at the beach break. The waves here vary based on size, direction and tide, but offer fun surf for all levels. Popoyo is considered one of the most consistent and fun waves in the area. Both a right and left, this reef magnifies swell and is rideable almost everyday. Located about 3 kilometers to the south, it's a short walk, bike or drive away. After spending a short time in the area, you will realize that both the local and foreign residents are all very friendly and laid-back. We would be happy to arrange transportation to and from the airport. Rates vary based on number of people, type of vehicle and distance. We highly recommend renting a vehicle to explore other beaches and surf nearby, but you can also get away with not renting one and hire local drivers instead. There are also local rental agencies should you decide after arrival. Living room AC is an additional $25/night (optional) Monthly rentals DO NOT include utilities (electricity and internet). We would need to collect a refundable security deposit of $500 before checking in. We would take a meter reading upon check in and check out and calculate the electric bill accordingly.
