Parking is available in the resident parking lot or Westin Hapuna Beach parking garage. ESTABLISHED VACATION RENTAL *5 STARS* Under New Management. We were previously listed on Airbnb and consistently ranked 5 stars. We were unable to transfer our reviews over but rest assured you are working with a highly rated and desired property. USER AGREEMENT: After your booking is accepted on Airbnb you will receive a copy of our home and resort use agreement. We require this to be signed and returned along with photo ID in order to confirm your booking. IMPORTANT: Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. LARGE GROUPS: If you are traveling with multiple families and want to be together in the same building, we can coordinate with other owners to help find similar accommodations.
