Additionally, all bedroom windows have black out shades. Windows also have a privacy glaze on lower portion, this allows room to have bright day light, mountain view, and privacy from neighbors. Desk and chair allow you to work from home, and our fast internet will keep you without any interruption. This newer built home has double wall construction with insulation and dual paned windows, both of these insulate the room from noise, this will allow you to take calls without disruption. Bedroom has it's own key for security. You will have access to the whole house except other bedrooms. Shared spaces include 2 kitchens, one on each floor. 2 living rooms, one on each floor furnished with couch and TV. Lanai with ocean views. Garage has washer/dryer and beach toys (surfboards, SUP's, snorkel, bike). Yard, feel free to pick any of the fruit or veggies :) Be kind and mindful of roomates. Walking distance to bus stop, grocery store, beach, restaurant, and much more. We offer parking. Bus stop is 30 yards from the house. This house is cleaned weekly by a maid. By request only, you can have her clean your bedroom for an additional $29.99. Service will include sheet washing, dusting all surfaces, wiping all surfaces, sweeping and mopping.
