Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Awesome 2 Bedroom townhome just north of Old Town in Fort Collins. You're renting the entire place for your vacation, trip or whatever brings you to town. There is also an addition Queen Bed in an office/loft type area, but this is not considered a bedroom as it has no door and is open on one side. Located just 1 mile from the heart of downtown, this house is located in a charming neighborhood. Enjoy your stay! Two bedrooms have King beds and are super comfy! These bedrooms are both on the second floor. One has an attached shower/bath and the other has a bathroom just outside the bedroom door. There is a third bed, Queen size, on the second floor in a loft/office area. There is no door for privacy and whoever stays on this bed would share the shower/tub bathroom with the other bedroom. The sofa in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa, if you need sleeping arrangements for up to 8. The 2 bedrooms with doors have 55" TV with a roku streaming stick. You'll be logged into prime video, Disney+ and Netflix if you'd like to enjoy a show or two during your stay. The living room has a 55" TV and an Xfinity box to watch a movie or the big game. Seating at the kitchen counter can hold up to 3 and there should be enough dinnerware to serve more than that. There is also a dining area with a table that can seat 6 comfortably. Guests will receive self check-in instructions before arrival. Most likely a unique pin to the doors and a garage code. I live with my family in town and will be readily available to help you during your stay should any issues or concerns arise. If you want privacy, got you covered. This place will be self check in with a door code to gain access.. I will always respond quickly to messages, but will do my best to leave you alone during your stay. I want you to love my place and Fort Collins, so whatever we can do, we will! Old Town North is a newer neighborhood with a good mix of townhomes and houses. It is a quite visually attractive division, with different types of buildings. Its located just a half mile from New Belgium Brewery, where I love to hang out on a Friday afternoon with my family listening to live music and having a few beverages. The Poudre White Water park is literally just down the block as well! Walking to old town is possible, but it is a mile so be prepared. There are many great bike trails and walking paths nearby however to get in touch with mother nature, especially early in the morning to enjoy those Colorado sunrises. Take advantage of the newly approved and rolled out Fort Collins rental scooters and ebikes as well! Great for getting to/from downtown to the rental We use professional cleaners to turn the unit over between guests. They spend between 3-4 hours each cleaning and follow the recommended covid-19 cleaning protocols! There is a train in close proximity to the neighborhood. I've stayed at the unit several days and have heard it faintly during the day, but it has never awoken me at night. Also, the nearby town home is finishing construction, so there may be some added noise during the week during normal hours of business.
