Apartment located on the 5th floor with access only by stairs. Spacious apartment with top quality finishes and furniture. 3 bedrooms, each with a 36" television. The living-dining room has a 55" TV, views of the park located in front of the property and the beach. The kitchen is open (American type). Each room has a double bed. Additionally, in one of the rooms, a single bed and a half comes out under the 2-seater bed. The garage is internal and is on the first floor of the building (it is shared with another apartment that we rent). The apartment is exclusively for guests.
