The gated community is equipped with 24X7 security, housekeeping services and a inverter (No Genset) for the frequent Goan power cuts. The villa has a large common pool. The ground floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen and 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one bedroom has an attached balcony . The first floor has a lounge area and 2 bedrooms with attached balconies. This villa has 4 bedroom with private balcony and private garden. It has 4 beds and 2 mattresses and can sleep 10 comfortably. HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES Our house-keeping staff will come once a day to clean the villa. Towel and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights. The villa is equipped with an inverter in case of power outage (frequent in Goa). NOTE: For stays of 28 nights or more, to avail the monthly discount - The water, Electricity, Laundry of linen & towels and internet are charged as per the actual bills. We collect Rs. 20,000/- security deposit in cash at the time of check-in against these. You will have the entire villa with a dedicated parking space for 1 car. You will have at your disposal 1) Our guest relationship manager will help you organise your travel from the airport and give you all relevant contacts for taxis, car rentals, activities, restaurants, etc. He will also be available on call if you need any help during your stay. 2) 24/7 security guard at the gate. 3) A care-taker who will clean the villa and attend to your housekeeping needs once a day.
