The condo has plenty of room perfect for a larger family of 6! The primary bedroom hosts a king bed, smart 50” wall mounted TV, a large desk and chair if you need to work while on vacation, dedicated WiFI throughout the unit, 2 nightstands with USB lamps and plenty of closet space and a large dresser. You also have your private bathroom with a walk in tiled shower, and an ADA toilet, vanity and a medicine cabinet for storage. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed, 50” wall mounted smart TV, 2 nightstands with USB lamps, a large dresser and a nice size closet. The hall bathroom features a shower/tub combo, an ADA toilet, vanity and a medicine cabinet for additional storage. Both bathrooms have: Hair dryer Toilet paper with additional rolls under the vanity Towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and a foot towel. Hand soap Travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion Dark wash cloths will be provided for removal of make up. We ask that you use these to keep the white wash cloths white. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a Keurig and also a drip coffee maker as well. Some coffee pods will be provided. We have a microwave, a double oven with a stove top, large refrigerator with water and ice in the door, garbage disposal, dishwasher, toaster, toaster oven with an air fryer, blender, mixer, utensils, and pretty much anything you would need to prepare a meal. Washer and Dryer in unit with All free and clear pods and Bounce dryer sheets provided. Cleaning kit for spills, etc is above the washer and dryer for your use. We also have a lil cooler for your use to take with you to the pool for cold drinks and we also have pool towels there as well. We ask that you use the pool towels at the pool and not the white bath towels. There is a drying rack in the master closet if you need to set those on the back patio to dry after use at the pool. Dining area has a nice round table with 4 chairs and also a bar right beside it for the kids with 2 bar stools. Living room has a 65” wall mounted smart TV with a large couch which turns into a queen sleeper sofa (linens provided) for the kids, and 2 additional leather electric recliners for plenty of seating. We do have a covered back patio that you can use if you need to smoke and we provide an ashtray so please do not throw the butts on the ground and do not bring them inside to dispose of them. Our pool is located across the way at the other complex along with the trash dumpster. You will have access to the entire 2 bedroom - 2 bath condo except for the owners closet. You can either get around by car or simply just walk down the hill and grab a local trolley (fee is charged) and go into town if you prefer. The unit is located to your left as you come up the hill into our complex. We are a downstairs unit. You can park in one of the 3 spaces at the end of the building if you wish so you won’t have to navigate any stairs or you can park in front of the complex and walk down the stairs to the unit.
