Stay in a historic row house in the heart of the beautiful Mainstrasse Village neighborhood of Covington! Located just minutes away from dozens of shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife! Enjoy a 2 minute walk to Mainstrasse Village, a 10 minute walk to the Ohio river and downtown Cincinnati, a 25 minute walk to Great American Ballpark/Paul Brown Stadium and 30 minute walk to Newport on the Levee and the aquarium! And it's just a short drive to the Zoo, Cincinnati Museum Center or Ark Encounter! There is no driveway, but on-street parking is plentiful. Guests may park anywhere on Kentucky Ave, Craig St, Johnson St, Russell St, or 6th St. Guests may be required to parallel park. Please be aware of this if you drive a large truck or SUV! Guests may access the entire first floor apartment and the basement, which contains the washer/dryer. Guests can't access the upstairs apartment. A tenant lives in the upstairs apartment, so guests may occasionally hear footsteps or light voices from the apartment above. The tenant does not have access to the Airbnb apartment below, so you will not see the tenant during your stay. The tenant has a separate entrance in the back of the building. Guests should enter and exit through the side door on the right-hand side of the building. The host will provide the 4-digit passcode to unlock the door. I work 3rd shift so I typically sleep between the hours of 7am and 2pm. I will be available by phone or through Airbnb messenger between the hours of 2pm and 6am. Mutter Gottes or "Mother of God" neighborhood was founded by German immigrants in the mid 1800's, along with Goebel Park and Maintrasse Village. Visit the Carrol Chimes clock tower in Goebel Park to see a re-enactment of the Pied Piper legend as select times throughout the afternoon. Visit Main Street where you will find plenty of local bars, restaurants, and retail shops. Please note that the house does not have a private driveway. Street parking is available on Kentucky Ave, Craig St, Johnson St, 6th St, and Russell St. Parties/gatherings of more than 10 people are NOT permitted and no parties or loud music after 10 PM. Quiet time is between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Guests who violate this rule will receive one warning. Any further violations after this will result in guests being asked to leave immediately with no refund provided.
