We hope you have an amazing stay! 4 bedroom (2 masters) 3 bathrooms, 2 workstations, large kitchen, roomy family room with sectional (room for additional air mattress), pantry, huge dining table - perfect for game nights, exit the large sliding glass door to the huge covered patio, outdoor grill, custom pool with 4 built in barstools, putting green, and lots of outdoor seating room. More information on bedrooms / sleeping situations & outdoor area: *PLEASE NOTE - SECURITY CAMERAS This is a smart home & is protected by Vivint Smart Home Technology. There is a camera at the front door (built into the doorbell), and a camera on the back patio that can view the full patio & pool area. The front wing of the house has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a small master with a en-suite bathroom. The tile shower has a wide entrance and shower bench for people needing extra accessibility. This bedroom has a work station, all you need to do is plug in your laptop to use the workstation. This bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, smart TV, and extra closet space. The second bedroom in the front end of the home has a queen bed, closet, storage shelves, an additional workstation. Between the second and third bedroom is a full bathroom. The third bedroom can sleep up to 7. One full sized bed, Full over Full bunk beds, twin pull out trundle - ideal for a kids room. This will also comfortably sleep 3-4 adults. Walk down the long hallway into the family room / kitchen area. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen. The entrance to the garage is in the laundry room. *PLEASE NOTE there is no access permitted to the garage area, this is where we store our personal belongings. If for any reason you need access to the garage, please let us know and we can discuss a possible agreement for you to have access for an additional fee & additional waiver & deposit. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Additional appliances in the pantry including wine fridge. We provide you with a nespresso machine and 2 sleeves of coffee pods. **If you would like additional pods, please let us know and we can order you additional coffee pods for you. The kitchen island has barstool seating for 3. The large dining table comfortably sits 8. Perfect size for game nights! The large family room provides you with plenty of room to spread out. Smart TV, large sectional, fireplace, cozy chair & ottoman, and lots of pillows and blankets for extra comfort. There is also room for a queen sized air mattress (located in hall closet) in this room. Off the family room is the large master retreat! The master has a king sized bed, dresser, extra seating area, large master bathroom with huge walk in shower. The master also has a huge sliding glass door with electric blinds, and access to it’s own private patio area & the pool. **Please note that the master closet is locked, this is where we store our personal belongings, please do not try to enter the closet. Off the back of the family room, and master bedroom, the large sliding glass doors open to a huge covered patio with 2 ceiling fans. Your private backyard oasis consists of a custom pool with 4 built in barstools. Putting green, axe throwing, and additional seating on the lower paver patio. Pool towels are provided and will be stored in the laundry room. The back doors have powered blinds, please do not misplace the remote! There will be an extra charge of $60 if any of the remotes are lost or broken. Extra Linens are located in the front master bedroom closet, bedroom closets, and laundry room. Access to the whole home & yard. No parties. If you are going to have additional guests, please let us know in advance. QUIET TIME is 10 PM. Please no loud music, or outdoor noise after 10PM. NO ACCESS to master bedroom closet. NO ACCESS to to garage or RV Garage. Our personal belongings are stored in the garage and RV garage. If you would like us to make a special accommodation for garage access, we will require an additional charge of $100. POOL HEATER : The pool is NOT heated in the winter months, if you would like us to heat the pool during your stay there will be an extra charge of $75 per stay. If you would like the home cleaned during your stay we can arrange a cleaning for $175. The cleaner will need a couple of days notice, please. Please message through the app for any needs!
