El Sotano is 1 of 2 guest suites available at my mother's house. The house has 3 levels. Main level (top) is my mom's level. The 2nd level is where the other guest suite is located. It also has space you may share with the other suites occupants (parking, basketball and pool table). The bottom level is where the swimming pool and your guest suite is located. Your suite comes with a queen size bed & twin sized inflatable mattress. Please see the "guest access" section for pool info. If these rules are not followed, your reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund. Swimming pool access rules: hours of use 8am-8pm. If only 1 suite is booked, that suite will have private use of the swimming pool between 8am-8pm. There are 2 suites. If they are not booked by the same person, whomever books first gets to choose their time slots first. AM Time slots 8-11am & 11am-2pm. PM Time slots 2pm-5pm & 5pm-8pm. There is no life guard at the property. You will swim at your own risk. No jumping/running/diving/rough housing allowed. No glass allowed.
