The South hill, where Villa Kay Bois is situated, has several villas forming a thriving community of rental properties. The hill itself is peaceful and tranquil and just a 5 minute walk down to the Bay, takes a little longer to walk uphill on the way back! There are numerous restaurants and bars plus a Hyatt Hotel called Zoetry situated in the Bay, a small beach, which you have to take a short 1 minute ferry ride to access. There is a Motor Sports (non motorised) hut on the beach which has equipment to hire. Doolittles Resort is located beachside which has a restaurant and bar and if you eat there you can use the beach-chairs around the pool or terraces. The Marina attracts both mega-yachts and sailboats who come to sample the attractions of Marigot Bay. Quite a spectacle to enjoy! There is a gated driveway to park your vehicle at the villa and free parking at the bottom of the hill if you visit the Bay. Car hire is recommended to get around the island.
