This luxury Jamaican villa rental includes the gracious staff - property manager, office assistant, head chef, assistant chef, butler / bartender, housekeepers / food servers, maintenance supervisor, gardeners and security guard… 14 in all. The property is selected, perhaps more than any other private villa in Jamaica, by brides for a destination villa wedding. Additionally, other luxury villas are located within close proximity for hosting other guests within the wedding party. Silent Waters Villa is located on one of the highest mountaintops overlooking Montego Bay and the Caribbean Sea, the site consists of 18 acres. Twelve buildings, helicopter pad, private tennis court and two swimming pools occupy five acres. The property offers five villa suites (7 air conditioned bedrooms plus 2 semi-private lower levels with 1 full sofa bed each) which may accommodate as many as 20 guests. With every rate category, we now include the owners private villa (2 air conditioned bedrooms with room for two parents and two kids), totaling 8 bedrooms plus a new kids bedroom. Also, through Silent Waters' Tryall Club membership, guests may enjoy use of all of the Tryall Club facilities including the Fitness Center, Kids Club, Tennis Center, Beach Grill and Great House Restaurants, Family and Adult Beaches, Rum Bar, Great House Internet Room and Commissary. The use of Tryall Club's World Famous Golf Course will be at the published guest rates. The Tryall Club is located 15 minutes by car from Silent Waters. Our Property Manager, Ms. Jean Lawrence, will be on the property during each day of your visit to answer any questions you may have and to assist you with meal planning, arranging on-site and off-site activities, etc. Silent Waters Villa is located within a gated subdivision with a security guard at the subdivision entry gate 24/7. Silent Waters Villa also has it's own private gate with security camera and access code. We provide a night watchman on the premises from 6:00 pm - 7:00 am. Transportation: We will be happy to arrange transportation for you during your stay. The current estimated costs for a full-time private driver for one week (includes airport transfers and 1 complimentary tank of gas) are: 12-seater* van - $975 or $140 per day, minimum 4 consecutive days, ½ tank petrol; 16-seater* van - $1,400 or $200 per day, minimum 4 consecutive days, ½ tank petrol; 25-seater* van - $1,750 or $250 per day, minimum 4 consecutive days, ½ tank petrol. For round trip airport transfers (Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay) only, the cost is $80 round trip for 1-4 guests and $20 for each additional guest. For excursions to Negril, Ocho Rios, Black River and YS Falls a 25-seater* bus is available for $350 per day. These rates include tax but do not include gratuity. Please add 15% gratuity to these rates. *Including driver Food and Beverage: Complimentary daily Western, English or Jamaican breakfast for each guest. Our delicious breakfasts are made to order, not buffet style, and are served between 7:00am – 10:30am. For all other meals, guests may choose our prepaid gourmet meal plan or the grocery option. Gourmet Meal Plan Our chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, pre-dinner hors d’oeuvres and dinner based on our elegant gourmet menus. The cost is $115 per adult per day and children aged 3 to 12 is $55 per child per day (rates are excluding 10% GCT). In lieu of lunch at the villa, boxed lunches can be provided for day trips. Grocery Plan If choosing the grocery option, plan to pay for groceries locally in cash. A typical grocery budget is about $95-$125 per adult per day and young children about $50-$60 per child per day depending upon the type of menus selected. Shrimp, lobster and imported meats or large quantities of other food items will increase the budget (lobster is out of season April 1 – June 30 and, therefore, is unavailable during that period). A pre-payment of $1,500 will also be required for pre-stocking of groceries which will be added towards your check-out bill. With either option we will work with you to determine the types of delicious meals you would like during your stay, as well as discuss any allergies and/or special dietary needs. Wine, liquor, soft drinks and bottled water must be purchased from Silent Waters’ liquor, wine and beverage inventory. All beverages (and fresh fruit used at the bar) are charged separately and billed at the end of the stay. Additional charges apply for cocktail parties and other guest-hosted events.
