Ary's place is my mother's (Aracelis) house. The house has 3 levels. Main level (top) is my mom's level. 2nd level is where you will find "La Granja" suite. Besides the bedroom, you have a balcony with your full private bathroom and a large wooden deck. 2nd level has a pool table and basketball court. It is also where you will park. The bottom level is where the swimming pool and where "El Sotano" suite is located. This 2nd suite has a kitchen. Each suite has a maximum occupancy of 3 people If these rules are not followed, your reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund. Swimming pool access rules: hours of use 8am-8pm. There is no life guard at the property. You will swim at your own risk. No jumping/running/diving/rough housing allowed. No glass allowed.
